Shipping & Processing
We proudly ship worldwide from Vietnam through trusted international couriers.
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days (up to 7 business days for limited-stock or special-release items)
- Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days depending on destination country and customs processing
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched

Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
H2B à LA MODE is not responsible for delays, returns, or failed deliveries caused by customs clearance issues, unpaid duties, or refused packages. However, our team will gladly support and guide you whenever possible.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love every piece you receive. However, if the fit or selection is not quite right, we’re happy to assist with an exchange request.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests must meet the following conditions:
- Request submitted within 3 days of delivery confirmation
- Item remains unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are fully intact
- Requested exchange item is available in stock
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Final-sale items
- Custom-made or pre-order designs
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup, or damage
- Requests submitted after the allowed timeframe
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
1. Contact info@h2b-alamode.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Include:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Clear photos and unboxing video
3. Once approved, our team will provide return instructions and return address details
Returned items will undergo quality inspection before approval.
Approved replacement orders will be processed within 14 business days after the return has been received and verified.
Sizing Assistance
If you are unsure about sizing before placing your order, our customer care team is always happy to assist you with recommendations prior to purchase.
REFUND POLICY
Due to our limited production model, we generally do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
However, if there is an issue caused by our side, we will absolutely make it right.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved if:
- You received an incorrect item
- You received the wrong size or color
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- Your case qualifies under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Return Conditions
To remain eligible:
- Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving the order
- Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition with full packaging
In selected non-fault cases, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply to partially cover operational and handling costs.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by H2B à LA MODE.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned parcel has been received and approved.
Store credit, if issued, will remain valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
STORE CREDIT
In certain situations where a direct refund is not applicable, store credit may be offered as an alternative resolution.
Store credit:
- Is issued digitally via gift code or voucher
- Becomes active after return approval
- Can be applied toward future purchases on H2B à LA MODE
- Remains valid for 60 days
